Account details you provide: your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, city, photos, and the answers to your compatibility quiz.

Usage data: how you interact with the app, device information, and approximate location (used to show you nearby matches).

2. How we use your data

To create your profile and calculate compatibility, to surface matches near you, to keep the community safe, to process payments, and to send you service messages such as one-time verification codes.

3. What we share

Parts of your profile are shown to other members as part of the matching service. We do not sell your personal data. We share data with processors (payments, SMS, cloud hosting) only as needed to run Nuvella, and with authorities where legally required.

4. Encryption and security

Messages between members are end-to-end encrypted. We hash sensitive credentials, restrict internal access, and monitor for abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your device and login.

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile, pause your account, or request deletion of your data at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your profile from Nuvella.
