1. Who can use Nuvella

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Nuvella. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You may hold only one account, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login (phone number, one-time codes, and device) secure. Notify us immediately if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You may not impersonate another person, create a profile for anyone other than yourself, or use Nuvella for any commercial solicitation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, or share sexually explicit or illegal content, and not to request money from other members. We use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, and we may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Meeting people carries real-world risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Always follow our safety guidance.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Nuvella offers free features and paid Gold, Platinum, and Diamond subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase and billed via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or card. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle; you can cancel any time from the app.

5. Content and privacy

You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant Nuvella a licence to display it to other members as part of the service. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and contact
